Not Your Typical Broker. Not Your Typical Realtor Bio.
Let’s be honest—most real estate bios all sound the same. A long list of achievements, a few buzzwords, and a promise to “deliver exceptional service.”
You deserve something a little more real than that.
I’m a Managing Broker and a producing REALTOR® in the Kansas City market, which means I live in both worlds. I help guide agents and the brokerage, and I’m also actively working with buyers and sellers navigating the very real decisions that come with buying or selling a home.
Those two roles matter. Being in the field keeps me sharp as a broker. Being a broker gives my clients deeper insight into contracts, negotiations, and the market.
So what does that actually mean for you?
It means I’m an advocate first.
If you ask a client what it’s like to work with me, you’ll probably hear words like strategic, calm, and thorough. If you ask an agent who’s on the other side of a negotiation… their description might be a little different.
Both are probably accurate.
Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate the Kansas City market, including:
• First-time home buyers who need clarity in a confusing process
• Sellers who want a thoughtful strategy—not just a sign in the yard
• Relocations into the Kansas City area
• Clients who appreciate strong negotiation and straight answers
Real estate is ultimately a service business and a trust business. My job is to help clients make smart decisions, protect their interests, and keep the process moving forward.
If your situation isn’t on that list, that’s fine. Real estate is rarely one-size-fits-all. If I can help, I will. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll help connect you with someone who is.
