As a first time home buyer, Elizabeth went above and beyond my expectations throughout the entire buying process from start to finish. She showed extensive knowledge of the housing market, pointing out things on each house we saw and about each area I wouldn’t have even thought to consider when buying a home which was extremely helpful in making my final decision! Whenever we saw a house that wasn’t quite up to par and had some red flags that I didn’t or wouldn't catch she would let me know, which showed me she cared more about the client than anything. She was very professional, always on time for a showing, and had constant and consistent communication. Even after I closed on my home, she followed up with me to check in and see how things were with the house and how the move went. Overall, a great agent to work with! Loved working with Lisa. She is very knowledgeable and helped me so much through the process. Sold the first day. It was our first house and I was a nervous wreck. She told me step by step what needed to be done or what didn't need to be done. For showings she would come in and open windows, fix pillows. The little things that you might forget to do when getting ready to show the house. I just loved her!
