This year, that impact shines even brighter as we honor 20 years of Realty ONE Group and celebrate ONE Day on May 1st, our company-wide day of giving. Locally, we’ve partnered with two remarkable nonprofits—the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City and Defenders of Freedom Kansas City—to serve the community we love.
What ONE Day Means to Realty ONE Group Esteem and Kansas City
ONE Day is an annual event that unites every Realty ONE Group office through a shared mission: service. But at Realty ONE Group Esteem, community impact is more than a once-a-year gesture. It’s a daily commitment that reflects who we are as a brokerage—and why our agents continue to lead with heart.
On May 1st, our Kansas City team volunteered at the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, helping around the facility and preparing for a rescue mission involving dogs from a hoarding situation. While our efforts felt small compared to the life-saving work the Humane Society provides every day, we were honored to play a role and witness their impact firsthand.
We also proudly supported Defenders of Freedom Kansas City, which helps veterans heal from traumatic brain injuries by offering access to neurotherapy and other critical services. Supporting those who’ve served is a cause close to home for many of our agents and families, and we are deeply committed to being part of their ongoing care.
